The 2023 BWF Sudirman Cup is taking place at the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, where Canada will join the world's top badminton countires to compete in the 2023 edition of the Mixed Team Championships!
Placed in Group B along with Indonesia, Thailand and Germany; Team Canada will have a tough battle ahead of them should they want to advance past the group stage an into the Quarter-Final elimination draw.
Team Canada's qualifciation came from an historic Continental Pan Am Mixed Team Championship this February, where Canada dominated the Pan Am Region; going undefeated in matches, and only losing one game throughout the tournament. An historic performance by Canada's top athletes, defeating Team USA 3-0, to qualify for the BWF Sudirman Cup 2023.
